And it's never too late. Starting fitness exercise even in late stage of life will contribute to our wellness and will help us in coping well with the basic daily tasks.

Exercises will keep your wellness and positively effect your heart and lungs systems and improve our cardiovascular- heart-lung endurance. Activities such as walking, swimming and cycling are only a small part of aerobic activities that trigger large muscle groups in the same single workout. Aerobic exercise leads to a turn for the better in the heart and lungs functioning and reduce heart disease risk factors, and blood pressure problems.

. Exercise accelerates the blood flow in the body, raises the pulse and activates hormones that enhance our mood.


Do your exercises on a regular basis and don't find any excuses to shirk. Your perseverance will yield. You may feel that it is hard to do during training but it worth the after training elation.


Most of activities can be done indoors or outdoors whether in a gym or your ownworkout for your wellness basement using your own exercise equipment or even in the nearby park. Do it yourself or with a companion, do it the way you choose, just go for it.
